LANGJIN - Roamed the Silk
Chinese fashion brand LANGJIN launched an exhibition “Roamed the Silk” in December 2019, LE PASSAGE had an honor to take in charge of this project as special curatorial team. As the first exhibition since LANGJIN founded in 2016, we connected with Autumn Sonata which is a well-known boutique with decent space in Shanghai to present LANGJIN's collection of rare and precious fabrics and furniture. LE PASSAGE customized a set of services for LANGJIN, including exhibition planning and execution, exhibition design, catering service in the opening event, PR and communications. We also invited GROUNDLESS Studio to design the elegant poster and brochure for the exhibition.
2019年末,LE PASSAGE 受文化时装品牌 LANGJIN 浪金的邀請,策划了一场聚焦于珍稀面料的收藏艺术展「布流 Roamed the Silk」,并携手上海知名买手店 Autumn Sonata 一同落地该展览活动。

这是浪金品牌自 2016 年成立以来举办的首个线下艺术展览。为此,LE PASSAGE 以定制化方式,提供了包括展览策划、展陈场景设计、布展执行、开幕茶歇设计及布置,以及活动公关及传播推广服务。同时还邀请来 GROUNDLESS 工作室,参与展览海报与主题导览手册的平面设计创作。

Based on the brand positioning of LANGJIN, we tried to present its rich cultural heritage, and showcase the clever combination of classical design originated from the East and modern, western fashion. The exhibition featured rare and valuable fabrics and furniture from Italy, France, China, Japan, and Africa, all of these treasures collected by the owner of LANGJIN Ben Cheung We treasured them, and transmitted the lifestyle and spirits behind those exhibits.
基于浪金的「文化时装品牌」定位,我们尝试通过这次展览,呈现出其秉持的东方古典与现代设计精神、时髦文化感的着装意趣。展品以品牌主理人 Ben Cheung 收藏的来自意大利、法国、中国、日本、非洲等地面料及由珍稀面料延伸出的器物为主。溯流汇聚,重现织物精粹,悉心演绎成现代的生活方式。
“Roamed the Silk” was named with multiple implications. As the time goes on, fabric and clothing items blended in traditional handicrafts are container and carrier of culture and a flow of cultural heritage. We aim to bring the visitors back to the past with the exhibits, to get inspired, to ponder the future. By considering the space characteristics, we designed an overall layout for the exhibition. There were five exhibition areas. Each group of exhibits was presented with specific context and had connections with others. We also designed the visitor route to bring a better exhibition experience for the guests.
2019年末,LE PASSAGE 受文化时装品牌 LANGJIN 展览名称「布流」指向不同层面的涵义:面料作为牵连文化的载体,随着时间流动,得以不断演化。面料与器物的妙思结合,细腻质感和织物特性得以保留,而传统手工艺之美也在当下传续。同时亦希望观众透过现场的观展体验,感知惜物情感,从中思索过去、当下和未来。

这是浪金品牌自 2016 年成立以来举办的首个线下艺术展览。为此,LE PASSAGE 在展陈设计上,我们根据展览场地的空间格局特点,从主题展区划分、观展动线,到服装及家居器物的情景化呈现,不同组别展品之间的呼应关系等方面综合考量,悉心规划出展品的整体布局。
LE PASSAGE provided catering service for the grand opening. We prepared snacks, desserts and selected natural wine matched with the tone of the exhibition, and placed antique tableware and flowers as decoration. We managed to create a classic and modern event experience for all the guests and meanwhile echo to the brand concept.
展览开幕当天,LE PASSAGE 还负责了茶歇酒水部分的设计及布置。呼应品牌古典与现代的融合精神,采用古朴质感的陈设道具,结合色感得当的下酒小食、甜品与花艺作品,佐以清新入口的特选自然酒,令嘉宾们倍添舒适体验。
The exhibition preview and opening event attracted a large number of KOL, media guests and friends from Shanghai and Beijing. Most of them are professionals in the fields of fashion, arts, home design and lifestyle.
展览活动开幕当天,包括上海、北京等地的时尚、艺术人文、家居设计、生活方式领域的意见领袖、媒体嘉宾及品牌挚友均前来参与展览预览及开幕酒会。
LE PASSAGE customized a set of PR and communication strategies for every stage of the event, from inviting media and VIP guests, to promotion materials production, social media contents writing, and cooperation with media and KOL. The exhibition preview and opening event attracted a large number of KOL, media guests and friends from Shanghai and Beijing. Most of them are professionals in the fields of fashion, arts, home design and lifestyle.
针对展览的预热阶段、开幕日及持续传播期,LE PASSAGE 制定了相应的品牌传播策略,并配合品牌需求展开一系列公关及传播推广服务。包括媒体及VIP嘉宾开幕邀约、新闻宣发材料及主题导览手册的内容制作、品牌官方社交平台推广内容策划及撰写,以及传统媒体、新媒体平台、KOL 自媒体的多渠道内容传播合作,全方位输出品牌价值。
