As the creative partner, LE PASSAGE took overall participation into planning the grand opening of Sunyata Hotel, Chongqing in June 2019, we tried to bring the brand into new territories through new narratives and experiences. LEP expanded our team significantly as we took on the responsibility for creative event planning, content production & publication, social media distribution, key visual and materials direction, and event management. At the same time, we provided a full range of PR services including VIP guest invitation, schedule planning and management, press kit production and media placement.
LE PASSAGE 作为品牌创意合作方的角色,全局性参与到既下山·重庆开幕活动的创意策划、内容版块及出版物制作、社交媒体内容及宣发策略、视觉指导及物料创意、落地统筹工作,同时提供包括嘉宾邀约、行程规划与管理、Press kit 制作、媒介投放在内的全套公关服务。LEP 团队以多线程的方式高效推进活动进程,与品牌方、酒店运营团队、演出嘉宾、设备供应方等多方人员沟通协作,敏锐而灵活地完成现场执行,确保了活动的优质落地。
Our aim was to generate a new perception and impact, giving the brand Sunyata an outstanding debut in Chongqing. We came back to a simple and natural expression which was combined Chongqing history and modern lifestyle smoothly. From the historical background of the opening of Chongqing Port and the Accompany Capital period, to the architectural style of the old sites where are U.S Embassy’s villas, it created an oriental imagination from the western eyes. So we treasured it, transferred it into an opening ceremony, and transmitted the theme JOY is JOY, enjoyed every moment just like Chongqing people always did.
为了呈现既下山品牌在重庆的首次亮相,我们回归到最核心且质朴的表达方式。梳理既下山·重庆的品牌定位和地理文化,结合重庆开埠及陪都时期的历史背景及原美国使馆别墅群旧址的建筑风貌,审慎地营造西方视角下的东方想象,打造都市范生活方式体验目的地。在此基础上,依次提炼和扩延出更为聚焦的关键词,把品牌需要传达的核心内容进行转化,进而策划开幕活动的创意亮点和内容体验。
To present a complete event experience full of joyful, we designed and planned 5 different parts of activities during a day to tell a wonderful story which happened in Sunyata Hotel, Chongqing. That included a.hotel tour - Insider Tour, b.highlights – Exclusive booklet Dip! Release, c.theme dinner – SALT Table, d.entertainment – Standup Comedy, e.outdoor music party – Jazz & Techno Party Night. We created an edged but peaceful vibe for every horned guest, and transmitted brand’s core value and possibility.
